Krátký příběh: Eva Takes a Taxi in Barcelona
Eva wants to visit the beach.
It is sunny, warm, and perfect for a summer day.
She leaves her hotel and sees a taxi.
The driver opens the door and smiles.
„Where would you like to go?“ he asks.
Eva answers:
„To Barceloneta Beach, please.“
The taxi starts moving through the busy streets.
Eva looks out the window at the city.
After a few minutes, she asks:
„How much is it?“
„About fifteen euros,“ says the driver.
Soon they arrive.
„Here we are,“ he says.
Eva pays, smiles, and says:
„Thank you!“
Now her relaxing day by the sea can begin.
